Afterward walk to the Yoga Shala for your energizing morning yoga class with Christy Linson. Delight in fresh and delicious 3 meals a day including one refreshing juice at each meal. In the afternoons take a walk on the beach or a surf lesson, enjoy the meditative spaces, relax at the spa or head out on an adventure. In the late afternoon restore in a relaxing yoga and meditation classes before soaking the sunset. One of our sunsets will be enjoyed in a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) class.
